FOXBORO FBM05 is a redundant analog I/O fieldbus module for FOXBORO I/A Series DCS system, configured as a pair of FBM cards with 4 channels 0-20mA analog input and 4 channels 0-20mA analog output. It supports hot redundant operation, one module can take over control automatically when the partner module fails, no interruption to process control. This module adopts galvanic channel isolation and conformal coated PCB, protecting electronic components from vibration, dust, humidity and electromagnetic interference in heavy industrial sites. It collects process signals and outputs analog control signals to valve positioners for oil & gas, chemical, power and pulp & paper industries.
