FOXBORO FBM04, also known as P0400YE, is a hybrid analog input and output fieldbus module for FOXBORO I/A Series DCS system. It includes 4 channels of 4-20mA analog input and 2 channels of 4-20mA analog output, for collecting process signals and outputting control commands to field transmitters and valve actuators. This module adopts galvanic channel isolation and conformal coated PCB, protecting internal electronic components from vibration, dust, humidity and electromagnetic interference in heavy industrial sites. It supports redundant fieldbus communication. Built-in continuous self-diagnosis monitors sensor break, short circuit and communication status in real time, triggers alarm once faults detected, helping maintenance staff locate faults quickly and reduce plant downtime.
