FOXBORO FBM03, also known as P0400YD, is an 8-channel RTD temperature input module for FOXBORO I/A Series DCS system. It accepts 2-wire, 3-wire or 4-wire RTD sensor signals and converts resistance value into digital data for temperature measurement. This module adopts galvanic channel isolation and conformal coated PCB, protecting internal electronic components from vibration, dust, humidity and electromagnetic interference in heavy industrial sites. It supports platinum and nickel RTD sensors for temperature monitoring in oil & gas, chemical, power and pulp & paper industries. Built-in continuous self-diagnosis monitors sensor break and short circuit in real time, triggers alarm once faults detected, helping maintenance staff locate faults quickly and reduce plant downtime.
