FOXBORO FBM02, also known as P0400YC, is a 16-channel thermocouple and millivolt analog input module for FOXBORO I/A Series DCS system. It collects millivolt signals from thermocouple sensors and supports automatic cold junction compensation for accurate temperature measurement in heavy industrial sites. This module adopts conformal coated PCB and channel galvanic isolation design, protecting electronic components from vibration, dust, humidity and electromagnetic interference. It converts weak thermocouple signals into digital data and transmits to DCS controller via fieldbus. Built-in continuous self-diagnosis monitors sensor open circuit, short circuit and communication faults in real time, triggers alarm once faults detected, helping maintenance staff locate issues quickly and reduce plant downtime.
