FOXBORO FBI10E(P0972AJ) is a half-size Y-module fieldbus isolator for FOXBORO I/A Series DCS system. It realizes galvanic isolation and signal conversion between 10Mbps Ethernet fieldbus from CP60 controller and HDLC signals for FBM fieldbus modules. It supports up to 24 FBM modules and eliminates ground loop interference in heavy industrial sites. This module adopts conformal coated PCB and rugged housing, protecting internal electronic components from vibration, dust, humidity and electromagnetic interference. Built-in continuous self-diagnosis monitors network and circuit status in real time, triggers alarm once faults detected, helping maintenance staff locate communication faults quickly and reduce plant downtime.
