FOXBORO CP40B(P0961BC) is a rack-mounted high-performance control processor for FOXBORO I/A Series DCS system, a high-performance DCS CPU module built for process automation. This processor module adopts conformal coated PCB assembly and reinforced shielding frame, protecting internal microprocessor, ECC memory and bus circuits from vibration, dust and electromagnetic interference inside industrial control cabinets. It can be plugged directly onto the DCS rack backplane and matched with supporting backplane for fast installation and convenient maintenance. It supports 1:1 fault-tolerant redundant pairing to realize seamless failover and eliminate single point failure risk for critical production loops.
