The BENTLY NEVADA 3500/93 system display module is a full-height rack interface card designed for the Bently Nevada 3500 TSI machinery protection system. It connects to the external LCD display unit via matched signal cable, and collects all real-time measurement data, channel alarm status, module health information and system event logs from every monitor card on the rack backplane. Operators can directly view vibration, shaft position, bearing temperature, rotational speed and alarm event information on the local display screen without connecting to a PC configuration software. The display supports text and simple graphical data presentation, and can browse historical alarm records for on-site equipment inspection and fault confirmation. One rack can install up to two 3500/93 modules to drive two independent display panels for dual local monitoring requirements. The module communicates with the display unit through RS422 interface using Bently proprietary protocol, and it can also transmit part of monitoring data through Modbus protocol. Front panel LED indicators display module OK running status and backplane communication TX/RX activity clearly. The module supports hot swapping under normal rack operation, and replacement will not interrupt the machinery protection safety logic of the whole TSI system. Built-in continuous self-diagnosis function automatically detects communication cable faults and internal hardware failures, and uploads fault information to the rack system in real time. Multiple certification options are available to meet ordinary industrial sites and hazardous explosive area requirements. It is widely applied in petrochemical, power generation and metallurgy industries, matched with steam turbines, gas turbines and centrifugal compressors, providing convenient local real-time monitoring and alarm display for critical rotating machinery.
