The BENTLY NEVADA 3500/25 enhanced Keyphasor module is a half-height dual-channel timing reference module developed for the Bently Nevada 3500 TSI machinery protection rack system. It receives pulse signals from proximity probes or magnetic pickups installed on rotating shafts, and converts raw sensor pulses into stable and precise once-per-turn or multi-event digital timing signals. This phase reference signal is shared with all monitor modules on the rack backplane, which rely on this signal to calculate shaft rotational speed, 1X vibration amplitude, phase angle, shaft orbit and other key parameters for rotating machinery fault diagnosis. Each rack can install up to two 3500/25 modules to support four independent Keyphasor signals for dual-shaft or multi-shaft monitoring scenarios. The module adopts optimized signal processing circuit design, maintaining complete backward compatibility with legacy 3500 rack hardware. Front panel LED indicators clearly display module operating status, communication state and sensor fault alarms. The module supports hot swapping during rack operation, replacement operation will not affect the normal running of the machinery protection safety loop. Built-in continuous self-diagnosis function can automatically detect sensor open circuit, short circuit and internal hardware failure, and upload fault information to the rack system in real time. It meets API 670 industry standard for turbomachinery monitoring. Widely used in petrochemical, power generation and metallurgy industries, it is matched with steam turbines, gas turbines and centrifugal compressors, providing high-precision phase timing reference for rotating machinery online condition monitoring and vibration spectrum analysis.
