The BENTLY NEVADA 3200/32 relay output module is a four-channel alarm relay card for Bently Nevada 3200 series machinery protection monitoring system. It receives alarm and fault signals from all monitor modules through the rack backplane bus, and supports flexible AND / OR voting logic configuration by dedicated configuration software. Each relay channel adopts independent SPDT dry contact output, which can be mapped to different monitoring parameters such as vibration, temperature, shaft position and overspeed. Users can set latching or non-latching mode for each relay channel to meet local alarm indication and emergency shutdown circuit requirements. The contact load capacity can drive on-site alarm lights, annunciator panels and ESD interlock circuits. Front panel LED indicators show module running status, communication condition and each relay alarm state for convenient on-site inspection. The module supports hot swapping without interrupting the whole machinery protection operation. Built-in continuous self-diagnosis function can automatically detect relay coil damage, backplane communication failure and internal hardware faults, and feed fault information back to the rack monitoring system in real time. It can be freely installed in available slots of the 3200 rack, and cooperates with various monitor modules to form a complete set of TSI online protection solution. It is widely used in power, petrochemical and metallurgy industries, applied on steam turbines, fans, pumps and auxiliary rotating equipment, converting equipment abnormal alarm signals into hard contact output for safety interlock protection.
