The B&R X20TB52 is a 12-pin safety keyed push-in terminal block designed for B&R X20 safety I/O modules. It adopts lever-style push-in spring connection, tool-free wiring for fast copper cable installation and removal. It supports fine-stranded copper wires from 0.25mm² to 2.5mm², wire stripping length 7~9mm. Each contact can carry 10A rated current, nominal voltage 240VAC up to max 300VAC. The unique safety keyed mechanical structure prevents mismatched installation with standard X20 modules, avoiding wrong wiring on safety-related circuits. Built-in test holes allow signal measurement without cable disconnection. This terminal block is specially matched with X20 safety digital I/O modules to build complete safety control assembly. It carries ATEX Zone2, cULus HazLoc and DNV marine certifications, suitable for safety-critical machinery and marine automation systems.
