The B&R X20SO4110 is X20 series single-width safety digital output module with 4 independent Type A safe 24VDC OSSD output channels. Each channel supports 0.5A continuous load with real-time current monitoring and open circuit detection. The OSSD response time is less than 500µs, built-in output protection for wiring fault prevention. It achieves SIL 3 / PL e / Cat.4 safety level, suitable for safety actuator control on industrial machinery. The channel side has 500V galvanic isolation from X2X Link backplane bus to suppress electromagnetic interference. It supports full channel and module diagnosis, helping engineers quickly detect circuit abnormalities. LED indicators display module running status and each safety channel state for fast on-site inspection. This split module must be matched with X20BM11 bus carrier and X20TB12 terminal block to form complete I/O assembly. It carries ATEX Zone2, cULus HazLoc and DNV marine certifications, suitable for safety-critical machinery and marine automation systems.
