The B&R X20PS9400 is X20 series single-width system power module, which supplies power for both X2X Link backplane bus and X20 station I/O circuits. Nominal input voltage is 24VDC with voltage tolerance range of -15% to +20%. It provides 7W power output for X2X Link communication backplane, supporting parallel connection and redundant operation to improve system reliability for critical automation equipment. The I/O power channel supports up to 10A total load for field sensors and actuators. The X2X Link power circuit integrates reverse polarity protection, short-circuit and temporary overload protection, while the I/O power side needs external 10A slow-blow fuse for protection. It also comes with an RS232 service interface with 115.2kbps baud rate for module maintenance and diagnosis. LED indicators display module operating status, power condition and overload warning for fast on-site inspection. This split module needs to work with X20BM11 bus carrier and X20TB12 terminal block to form complete assembly. It carries ATEX Zone2, cULus HazLoc and DNV marine certifications, suitable for auxiliary hazardous locations and marine automation control systems. IP20 protection grade for DIN rail cabinet mounting, compact 12.5mm width, robust mechanical structure with shock and vibration resistance for long-time stable operation.
