The B&R X20DO9322 is X20 series single-width digital output module with 12 independent 24VDC source-type output channels designed for 1-wire field wiring. Each channel supports 0.5A continuous load capacity, and the total maximum contact load reaches 6A for driving solenoid valves, relays, indicator lamps and other low-power field actuators. The module adopts positive switching FET output design, equipped with integrated short-circuit protection and thermal cut-off function to prevent damage caused by overload and wiring faults. It can be combined with bus carrier modules such as X20BM11 and X20TB12 12-pin terminal block to form a complete I/O signal unit for X20 automation station. It supports comprehensive channel and module diagnosis, including short circuit, overload and power supply monitoring, with 10ms delay output fault detection function. LED indicators display module running state, power condition and each channel output status for fast on-site inspection and troubleshooting. The module carries ATEX Zone2, cULus HazLoc, DNV marine certifications, suitable for auxiliary hazardous locations and marine automation control systems. IP20 protection grade for DIN rail cabinet mounting, compact 12.5mm width, horizontal working temperature range from -25℃ to 60℃, vertical installation requires temperature derating. The bus power consumption is 0.26W and internal I/O power consumption is 1.15W, robust mechanical construction with excellent shock and vibration resistance for long-time stable continuous operation.
