The B&R X20DO9322 is X20 series single-width digital output module with 12 independent 24VDC source-type output channels for 1-wire field wiring. Each channel supports 0.5A continuous load and total maximum contact load reaches 6A, suitable to drive solenoid valves, relays and indicator lamps. It adopts positive switching FET output circuit, built-in freewheeling diode for inductive loads, integrated short-circuit and thermal shutdown protection to prevent hardware damage. 500V galvanic isolation separates field signal circuit from X2X Link bus to suppress electromagnetic interference in noisy industrial environments. It supports channel-level diagnosis with 10ms delay output monitoring for fast fault location. LED indicators display module running status and each channel output state for convenient on-site inspection and troubleshooting. This split module must be matched with X20BM11 bus carrier and X20TB12 terminal block to form complete I/O assembly. It carries ATEX Zone2, cULus HazLoc and DNV marine certifications, suitable for auxiliary hazardous and marine automation control systems.
