The B&R X20DO4332 is X20 series single-width digital output module with four independent 24VDC source output channels, supporting 3-wire field wiring for valves and actuators. Each channel can deliver 2A continuous load and total output capacity reaches 8A. It integrates PWM pulse width modulation and dither function, which prevents valve sticking and enables precise proportional valve control. The module adopts FET positive switching design, built-in freewheeling diode for inductive loads, thermal shutdown and short-circuit protection to safeguard circuit against wiring faults. It supports OSP predefined output mode, which can set fixed output status automatically when communication with PLC master is interrupted. 500V galvanic isolation separates field signal circuit from X2X Link bus to suppress electromagnetic interference in noisy workshop environments. Channel-level diagnosis monitors short circuit and overload status for fast fault locating. LED indicators display module running status and each channel output condition for convenient on-site inspection. This split module needs to be matched with X20BM11 bus carrier and X20TB12 terminal block to form complete I/O assembly.
