The B&R X20DO2322 is X20 series single-width digital output module equipped with 2 independent 24VDC source-type output channels, designed for 3-wire field wiring. Each channel supports 0.5A continuous load current for driving solenoid valves, relays and indicator lamps. The module adopts FET positive switching design, integrated short-circuit protection and thermal shutdown function to prevent hardware damage caused by overload and wiring faults. It contains built-in freewheeling diode for inductive load switching. 500V galvanic isolation exists between field signal side and X2X Link bus circuit to suppress electromagnetic interference in noisy industrial sites. It supports channel-level diagnosis to detect short circuit and overload anomalies rapidly. LED indicators display module running status and each channel output state for convenient on-site inspection and troubleshooting. This split modular unit needs to be matched with X20BM11 bus carrier and X20TB06 terminal block to form complete I/O assembly. It carries ATEX Zone2, cULus HazLoc and DNV marine certifications, suitable for auxiliary hazardous and marine automation systems. IP20 protection grade for DIN rail cabinet mounting, compact 12.5mm width, horizontal working temperature -25℃~60℃ and vertical mounting -25℃~50℃. Robust mechanical structure with shock and vibration resistance for long-time stable operation.
