The B&R X20DI6371 is X20 series single-width digital input module with 6 independent 24VDC sink-type input channels, supporting both 1-wire and 2-wire field sensor wiring modes. Each input complies with EN 61131-2 Type 1 standard, nominal 24VDC input voltage with tolerance range of -15% to +20%, typical input current is 3.75mA per channel. The module integrates hardware input filter ≤100µs and software adjustable filter, which can be set from 0 to 25ms in 0.2ms increments, effectively filtering out transient interference signals generated by vibration and electromagnetic noise in industrial sites. The channel signal is isolated from X2X Link bus power with 500V effective isolation voltage, preventing interference from field circuits to the backplane communication bus. This split modular unit must be matched with X20BM11 bus carrier and X20TB06 / X20TB12 terminal block to build a complete signal assembly for X20 automation station. LED indicators display module running status, bus communication and each channel signal state for fast on-site inspection and fault checking. It supports channel-level and module-level software diagnosis for quick anomaly troubleshooting.
