The B&R X20DI4371 is X20 series single-width digital input module with 4 independent 24VDC input channels, specially designed for 3-wire sensor connection. It supports standard digital signal acquisition and integrated high-speed event counter function, which can detect rising edge, falling edge or both edges for pulse counting, frequency measurement and position feedback tasks. The module is equipped with configurable input filter, the filter delay can be adjusted in software to suppress interference pulse signals from industrial field sensors. Each input channel follows EN 61131-2 Type 1 input specification, nominal 24VDC input with voltage tolerance range of -15% to +20%. This split modular unit must be matched with X20BM11 bus carrier and X20TB12 terminal block to form complete signal assembly for X20 automation station. LED indicators display module running state, communication status and signal condition of each channel for convenient on-site inspection and fault diagnosis. It supports comprehensive module-level and channel-level software diagnosis, helping engineers quickly locate wiring faults and signal anomalies.
