The B&R X20CP34851 (X20CP3485-1) is X20 series high-performance X86 PLC CPU module equipped with Intel Celeron 400 processor and dedicated independent I/O processor for X2X Link background I/O data exchange. It is distinguished by three built-in expansion slots for adding optional communication interface modules, delivering flexible and scalable network configuration for complex automation projects. Onboard interfaces include 10/100BASE-T Ethernet, POWERLINK V1/V2 real-time bus, dual USB 1.1 ports and RS232 serial port, supporting high-speed synchronous data exchange for multi-axis motion control. This unit is designed for heavy computing tasks such as floating-point arithmetic, large data processing and short cycle control requirements. It uses CompactFlash card as removable application memory for program and data storage, backup lithium battery is included in delivery to preserve data during power failure. It fully complies with IEC61131-3 programming standard and runs Automation Studio runtime, compatible with ACOPOS servo drives for synchronized motion applications.
