The B&R X20CP1486 is X20 series high-end X86 PLC CPU module powered by Intel Celeron 650 processor, equipped with dedicated independent I/O processor to handle X2X Link I/O data exchange. It integrates standard Ethernet, POWERLINK real-time bus and USB port, reserves one expansion slot for optional interface modules to extend communication capability. It adopts removable CompactFlash card for program and data storage, backup battery is included for data retention during power failure. The built-in fan can be replaced from outside without tools, which simplifies on-site maintenance compared with fanless models. It supports IEC61131-3 programming standard and Automation Studio runtime environment, fully compatible with ACOPOS servo drives for high-precision multi-axis synchronized motion control. Multiple LED indicators display CPU running status, Ethernet communication, POWERLINK bus, internal temperature and battery warning for convenient on-site inspection and fault diagnosis.
