The B&R X20CP1485 is X20 series high-performance X86 PLC CPU module, upgraded from X20CP1484, equipped with faster processor and dedicated independent I/O processor for X2X Link I/O data exchange. It integrates standard Ethernet, POWERLINK real-time bus and USB port, reserves one expansion slot for optional interface modules to extend communication capacity. The module supports ultra-short cycle time down to 400µs, delivering superior processing capability for multi-axis synchronized motion control and complex machine automation tasks. It adopts CompactFlash card as removable application storage for program and data storage, backup battery is included in delivery for data retention when power fails. It fully supports IEC61131-3 programming standard and Automation Studio runtime environment, compatible with ACOPOS servo drives for high-precision motion control. Multiple LED indicators display CPU running status, Ethernet communication, POWERLINK bus, internal temperature and battery warning for convenient on-site inspection and fault diagnosis. This fanless maintenance-free controller adopts DIN rail cabinet mounting, power consumption is 10.5W. The package includes right end cover and 12-pin terminal block; CompactFlash memory card needs to be ordered separately for full system assembly.
