It integrates standard Ethernet, POWERLINK real-time bus and USB ports, reserves one expansion slot for optional interface modules to extend communication functions. The minimum cycle time reaches 800µs, delivering high-speed processing capacity for complex motion control applications. It uses CompactFlash card as removable application storage for program and data storage, backup battery is included in delivery for data retention during power outage. It supports IEC61131-3 programming environment and Automation Studio runtime, fully compatible with ACOPOS servo drives for high-precision synchronized motion control. Multiple LED indicators display CPU running state, Ethernet communication, POWERLINK bus, temperature and battery status for convenient on-site inspection and fault diagnosis. This fanless maintenance-free controller adopts DIN rail cabinet mounting, wide working temperature range from -25℃ to 60℃ for horizontal installation.
