It integrates one shielded RJ45 100BASE-T Ethernet port for industrial network communication, and supports optional CAN bus and RS232 interface when matched with corresponding X20BB22 / X20BB27 compact base modules. The shortest task cycle time reaches 4ms with typical instruction execution time of 0.8µs, and it has an independent background I/O processor to handle X2X Link I/O data exchange, easing the main processor load. This compact CPU supports IEC61131-3 and C programming within Automation Studio for machinery automation control. LED indicators display CPU operating status and Ethernet communication faults for convenient on-site inspection and troubleshooting. It carries ATEX Zone2, cULus HazLoc and multiple marine certifications including DNV, ABS and KR, suitable for auxiliary hazardous and marine automation environments. IP20 protection grade for DIN rail cabinet mounting, only 37.5mm width to save cabinet space, power consumption is 2.7W, fanless and maintenance-free structure for long-time stable operation.
