The B&R X20BT9100 is X20 series X2X Link bus transmitter module, which must be mounted on the rightmost slot of an X20 station. It realizes seamless remote expansion for X20 automation system, supporting up to 100 meters segment distance between separated I/O stations. This module integrates internal I/O power supply feed with 24VDC input, the maximum permissible contact load reaches 10A. It can only work with through-type bus modules such as X20BM11. If using its built-in I/O power supply, this potential group cannot be powered by other modules; X20BM01 bus module is required for potential isolation. LED indicators display module running state and X2X Link bus communication status for quick on-site inspection and fault diagnosis. X20TB06 or X20TB12 terminal block needs to be ordered separately for field wiring. It carries ATEX Zone2, cULus HazLoc, CE, UKCA and KC certifications, suitable for auxiliary hazardous industrial environments. IP20 protection grade for DIN rail cabinet mounting, compact 12.5mm width, supports horizontal and vertical installation with derating rules for high altitude operation.
