The B&R X20BC0063 is X20 series PROFIBUS DP V0 slave bus controller module, equipped with 9-pin DSUB connector for RS485 PROFIBUS DP network. It connects X2X Link I/O stations to PROFIBUS DP fieldbus, achieves cyclic and acyclic data exchange between X20 local I/O and upper master controller. The module supports comprehensive device, module and channel diagnosis conforming to PROFIBUS DP standard, and provides S7 format slot diagnosis function. It can still communicate with X2X Link remote nodes even when partial nodes lose power or are disconnected. LED indicators display bus status, data transmission and fault alarms for convenient on-site inspection. It adopts hot-swap plug-in design, no need to power off the whole rack for module replacement. It carries ATEX Zone2 and cULus HazLoc certification for auxiliary hazardous industrial environments. IP20 protection grade for cabinet installation, robust hardware with shock and anti-interference performance for stable long-time operation. X20BB80 bus base, X20PS9400 power supply and X20TB12 terminal block need to be ordered separately for complete station setup.
