The B&R ECPP60-01 is MULTI series Type B parallel processor module, equipped with 42KB SRAM for user instructions. It can be installed on MULTI, MIDI and M264 racks to execute PLC logic programs and handle backplane data exchange with I/O modules. This processor provides one electrically isolated TTY online interface and one multi-function RS485/RS232/TTY port for program download, HMI and upper system communication. The application PROM memory needs to be ordered separately for program storage. LED status indicators display running, warning and fault status for fast on-site diagnosis. Built-in watchdog function prevents system crash caused by program anomaly and improves whole automation station stability. It adopts backplane plug-in installation design inside control cabinet, IP20 protection grade. It can be combined with MULTI digital and analog I/O modules to complete signal acquisition and actuator output control. It is widely used in packaging machinery, textile production equipment, printing machines and process automation, delivering reliable processor module parallel CPU PLC controller performance and minimizing unexpected downtime of process production equipment.
