The B&R 8V1180.00-2 is ACOPOS series standard heavy-duty servo drive, the non-conformal coated version compared with 8V1180.001-2 coated variant. It is rated 9kW power with 19A continuous output current, supporting three-phase 400~480VAC power input to drive B&R 8LS and 8MS synchronous servo motors for high precision motion control. This servo drive integrates DC bus power supply unit, built-in power line filter and braking resistor to suppress electromagnetic interference and process motor regenerative energy during acceleration and deceleration cycles. It adopts electronic safe restart interlock function to avoid unexpected machine startup after power recovery and meets machinery safety standards. There are 4 slots for optional plug-in encoder and communication modules to support multiple encoder feedback types and different fieldbus protocols. Comprehensive protection circuits include overcurrent, overvoltage, undervoltage, short-circuit and overtemperature protection to protect servo motors and drive hardware. LED status indicators display running, warning and fault codes for fast on-site inspection and troubleshooting.
