The B&R 8V1090.00-2 is ACOPOS series standard compact servo drive for high-power industrial precision motion control systems. It is rated 4kW power with 8.8A continuous output current, supporting three-phase 400~480VAC power input to drive B&R 8LS and 8MS series synchronous servo motors. This standard version adopts non-conformal coated PCB board, different from the coated variant 8V1090.001-2. It integrates built-in power line filter and braking resistor to suppress conducted electromagnetic interference and absorb regenerative energy during motor deceleration. It is equipped with electronic safe restart interlock function to avoid unexpected machine startup after power recovery and meets machinery safety standards. There are 4 slots for optional plug-in encoder, I/O and communication modules to support multiple encoder feedback types and various fieldbus protocols. The switching frequency can be set at 5kHz,10kHz or 20kHz to adapt different application requirements, with maximum motor cable length up to 25 meters. Comprehensive protection circuits include overcurrent, overvoltage, short-circuit, ground fault and overtemperature protection to protect servo motors and drive hardware. LED status indicators display running, warning and fault codes for fast on-site inspection and troubleshooting. Matching terminal accessories need to be ordered separately for wiring assembly.
