It is rated 2kW power with 4.4A continuous output current, perfectly matched with B&R 8LS and 8MS series synchronous servo motors for high-precision position, speed and torque control. This standard version uses non-conformal coated PCB, different from 8V1045.001-2 coated variant. It integrates built-in power line filter and braking resistor to suppress electromagnetic interference and absorb motor regenerative energy during deceleration cycles. It adopts electronic safe restart interlock function to prevent unexpected startup after power recovery, complying with global machinery safety standards. There are 4 slots for optional plug-in encoder, I/O and communication modules to support multiple encoder feedback types and fieldbus interfaces. Comprehensive protection circuits include overcurrent, overvoltage, undervoltage, short-circuit and overtemperature protection to safeguard servo motors and drive hardware.
