The B&R 4PP045.0571-062 is a high-performance Power Panel PP45 industrial operator panel, equipped with 5.7 inch QVGA color resistive touch LCD screen and 10 physical touch keys for on-site machine operation and process visualization. It adopts ELAN SC520 100MHz processor, fitted with 64MB DRAM and 48KB battery-backed SRAM, and provides one CompactFlash memory slot for program storage and production data logging. This unit integrates rich communication interfaces including 10/100Mbps Ethernet, X2X Link fieldbus and dual USB ports to realize high-speed data exchange with B&R PCC controllers, servo drives and distributed I/O field devices. The front panel is IP65 protection grade, effectively preventing dust and liquid splashes in harsh workshop environments, while the rear housing is IP20 rated. Powered by 24VDC, it can adapt to voltage fluctuation on industrial equipment power supply. Built-in comprehensive self-diagnostic circuits continuously monitor touchscreen function, backlight status, memory health, power supply and bus communication quality, and feed fault information back for maintenance scheduling. Front LED indicators display power status and communication activity, enabling maintenance technicians to quickly locate link interruption and hardware faults. The reinforced mechanical structure can withstand mechanical vibration and temperature fluctuation, operating stably from 0℃ to +50℃. It adopts standard panel cutout mounting on equipment doors. TB103 and TB704 terminal connectors need to be ordered separately for wiring connection, supporting fast spare replacement to reduce machine downtime.
