The B&R 4P3040.00-490 is the Power Panel PP41 all-in-one integrated controller HMI unit, belonging to B&R classic Power Panel family, combining PCC control hardware, I/O and visualization function in one panel cutout mounted unit. It comes with a 5.7 inch QVGA monochrome LCD display, equipped with 8 soft keys and 32 function keys for on-site machine operation and parameter configuration. This unit integrates 700KB SRAM and 1.4MB FlashPROM for program storage and data retention, supporting standalone machine control without separate rack PLC. It has one RS232 port and one galvanically isolated CAN interface to exchange data with servo drives, sensors and distributed field devices. The onboard I/O set includes 10 digital inputs and 8 digital outputs with 0.4A rating on outputs for direct connection to field switches and actuators. It reserves 1 PCMCIA memory slot and 6 expansion slots for adapter modules to expand hardware functions according to machine requirements. Front panel meets IP65 protection grade, shielding internal electronics from dust and water splashes in harsh workshop environments.
