The B&R 8V1016.00-2 is ACOPOS series standard compact servo drive, different from the conformal coated variant 8V1016.001-2, this version adopts standard PCB without coating. It supports 3-phase 400~480VAC power input, rated 0.7kW power with 1.6A continuous output current for driving B&R 8LS and 8MS synchronous servo motors. It is equipped with integrated power line filter and built-in braking resistor to suppress electromagnetic interference and absorb regenerative energy during motor deceleration. The drive integrates electronic safe restart interlock function to avoid unexpected startup after power recovery, meeting machine safety requirements. There are 3 slots for optional plug-in encoder, communication and I/O modules to support various encoder feedback and fieldbus protocols. Comprehensive protection circuits including overcurrent, overvoltage, undervoltage, short-circuit and overtemperature protection safeguard servo motors and drive hardware. LED status indicators display running, warning and fault codes for fast on-site inspection and troubleshooting. Terminal block set 8X0001.00-1 and shield assembly 8X0040.00-1 need to be ordered separately for wiring assembly.
