The XYCOM 9960 is a discontinued handheld pendant-style operator interface, also known as Husky operator panel, designed for portable on-machine operation and local control in legacy automation systems. This handheld pendant unit allows operators to move close to the machine for manual jogging, axis positioning, program start-stop, alarm reset and parameter adjustment, which is widely used for machine setup, commissioning and troubleshooting. It comes with a sturdy handheld housing, membrane function keys and emergency stop circuit for safe local operation. The built-in communication interface connects to XYCOM industrial workstations and controllers, supporting data exchange and real-time status feedback.
