The XYCOM 9457 is a discontinued CRT integrated industrial AT computer workstation within the XYCOM 9400 series, developed for factory floor and process automation local monitoring and manual operation. It features a built-in color CRT display and dedicated membrane keypad, supporting macro key programming for quick access to alarm pages, setpoint adjustment and screen switching. The front panel complies with NEMA 4 and IP65 protection standards after standard panel mounting, blocking dust, water splashes and oil mist in harsh workshop environments. It adopts slide-out modular mainframe design for convenient maintenance and component replacement. This unit is equipped with multiple ISA expansion slots, allowing users to install serial communication cards, fieldbus interface cards and data acquisition cards to connect with legacy Allen‑Bradley PLCs, transmitters and variable frequency drives. It supports MS-DOS, Windows 95, Windows 98 and Windows NT operating systems, compatible with mainstream SCADA software, HMI configuration software and common industrial protocols such as Modbus, DF1 and DH485.
