The XYCOM 70505-002 XVME-505/2 is a discontinued 6U VMEbus analog output module, designed for legacy XYCOM VME control racks and DCS process automation systems. This analog output board provides 4 independent high-precision analog output channels, supporting configurable industrial signal ranges including 0-10V voltage and 4-20mA current loop signals for closed-loop process regulation. It adopts stable 12-bit D/A conversion chips to guarantee accurate analog output, which is used to position control valves, adjust variable frequency drives, drive electro-pneumatic positioners and local field indicators. The module follows standard VME slave protocol and supports A16 and A24 address space.
