It retains the core communication function of the standard 4810E terminal, while adopting a shortened mechanical housing to fit shallow mounting enclosures where regular 4810E, 4810ER cannot be installed. This terminal works with the matching 4810-KYB membrane keyboard, allowing operators to view real-time process readings, alarm logs and historical trend curves, acknowledge alarms, adjust setpoints and send control commands at the operation site.
