It is equipped with a 12-inch CRT display and works with matching 4870-series membrane keyboards, allowing field operators to view real-time process data, alarm logs and trend curves, acknowledge alarms, adjust setpoints and send control commands on site. It provides RS232 and RS485 serial ports, supporting mainstream industrial communication protocols to realize stable bidirectional data exchange with XYCOM VME controllers, PLCs and DCS host systems.
