The XYCOM 3515 is a discontinued high-expansion flat panel industrial PC from XYCOM 3500 series, designed as a robust operator workstation for legacy process automation and factory floor control. It is equipped with a 15-inch TFT color LCD with XGA 1024×768 resolution, offered in two versions: 3515T with analog resistive touchscreen and 3515KPM with 74-position dedicated keypad plus optional touchscreen, supporting glove operation for industrial on-site operation. The front panel meets NEMA 4 and IP65 protection rating after standard panel mounting, defending against dust, splashing water and oil mist in harsh production environments. This model features abundant expansion slots, including 3 ISA slots, 2 PCI slots and 1 shared ISA/PCI slot, which allows users to install various communication cards, fieldbus cards and data acquisition cards to match different legacy PLC protocols and field equipment requirements. It adopts Intel Celeron or Pentium III industrial processor, compatible with MS-DOS, Windows NT, Windows 95/98 and Windows 2000 embedded operating systems, and works well with SCADA software, HMI configuration software and mainstream industrial protocols such as Modbus, DF1, EtherNet/IP and DH485. The operating temperature range is 0°C to 50°C, storage temperature ranges from -40°C to 85°C, relative humidity 5% to 95% non-condensing. It complies with industrial shock, vibration and EMC standards and has obtained UL and CE certifications.
