The XYCOM 3510 belongs to the 3500 series 3-slot flat panel industrial PC family, a discontinued rugged all-in-one operator workstation built for legacy factory and process automation applications. It is equipped with a 10.4-inch TFT VGA display at 640×480 resolution, paired with analog resistive touchscreen, supporting glove operation for daily industrial operation. The front panel meets NEMA 4 and IP65 rating when properly panel mounted, providing reliable protection against dust, water splashes and oil mist in harsh workshop environments. This unit comes with a 3-slot PCI expansion backplane, allowing users to add custom communication cards, data acquisition cards and fieldbus cards to match different on-site protocol requirements. It is fitted with onboard I/O including one RS232 serial port, one configurable RS232/422/485 port, IDE controller, Ethernet interface, USB and parallel port, supporting direct connection with PLC, variable frequency drives, barcode scanners and serial instruments.
