The XYCOM 2050 is a discontinued vintage CRT operator interface terminal belonging to the XYCOM 2000 Softscreen series, designed for legacy process monitoring and PLC data display in older industrial automation systems. It comes with a 12-inch CRT display and built-in function keypad, allowing operators to view real-time process values, adjust setpoints, acknowledge alarms, and check simple trend information on site. It adopts panel mounting structure and fits the original cabinet cutout for direct replacement of old XYCOM terminals, reducing mechanical modification work. It supports RS232, RS485 and DH485 serial communication, which can connect with SLC 500, PLC-5 and other classic Allen‑Bradley controllers, as well as various serial transmitters and weighing instruments. It runs Softscreen runtime software, and screen projects are edited and downloaded via the Xyware configuration tool.
