The XYCOM 2000T is a discontinued rugged touchscreen operator terminal built for field monitoring and control in legacy process and factory automation systems. This integrated HMI combines color LCD display, analog resistive touchscreen and onboard processing unit into a compact panel mount unit, allowing operators to view real-time process variables, trend charts, alarm logs, adjust control setpoints and send operation commands on site. The resistive touch screen supports operation with gloves, which fits the working habits of field technicians in workshops. The sealed front panel meets NEMA 4 and IP65 protection standards, resisting dust, water splashes and oil mist in harsh industrial environments. It is equipped with built-in serial and Ethernet communication ports to connect with PLCs, VME controllers and other host devices for continuous data exchange. It supports local HMI project storage and runtime, and the screen project can be downloaded and edited through supporting configuration software.
