The XYCOM 1840 is a rugged all-in-one industrial panel computer designed for harsh factory and process automation environments, serving as a reliable HMI and control workstation for continuous production monitoring, recipe management, data logging and on-site equipment operation. This unit integrates a high-brightness industrial display and durable touchscreen in a sealed front panel, suitable for panel mounting inside control cabinets, operator consoles and skid-mounted control enclosures. It adopts industrial-grade processor and solid-state storage options to avoid vibration and shock damage that traditional hard drives suffer, delivering stable long-running performance for unattended automation sites. The front panel meets IP65 protection rating to resist dust, water splashes, oil mist and chemical vapors, which is critical for chemical, water, food and beverage manufacturing workshops. It comes with rich built-in I/O interfaces including multiple RS232/RS485 serial ports, gigabit Ethernet ports, USB ports, supporting direct connection with PLC, variable frequency drives, weighing instruments, barcode readers and other field devices.
