It integrates multi-channel twisted-pair analog circuits and discrete digital circuits in one single cable, supporting simultaneous transmission of 4-20mA process analog signals and dry contact interlock, status feedback digital signals between MicroNet controller, high-density I/O modules and field transmitters and safety switches. It adopts overall shielded structure for noise suppression, which can effectively reduce crosstalk between internal analog and discrete lines and resist external electromagnetic interference inside turbine control cabinets and power station environments, preventing analog value drift and false triggering of protection interlock loops. The outer sheath is made of industrial flame-retardant and oil-resistant polymer material, with good bending resistance, abrasion resistance and aging resistance, adapting to long-term operation under vibration, oil stain and humidity on site.
