Woodward 5416-352 is a factory pre-terminated power supply cordset cable, designed for 24V DC power distribution of Woodward NetCon 5000 governor control system. It supplies stable DC power to main controller, I/O modules and local display units, and adopts multi-strand heavy-duty copper conductors to guarantee sufficient current carrying capacity and reduce voltage drop along the cable. The cable is equipped with overall shielding structure, which can suppress power noise interference and avoid disturbance to adjacent analog and communication signal loops inside turbine control cabinets. The outer sheath is made of high-strength flame-retardant and oil-resistant polymer material, with good tensile strength, abrasion resistance and aging resistance, adapting to long-term vibration environment in power station and turbine cabinet. Both ends are pre-fitted with dedicated matched connectors for NetCon power interface, and the contact pins are gold-plated to lower contact resistance and resist oxidation under humid and shock conditions.
