Woodward 5416-339 is a factory pre-terminated actuator drive cordset cable for Woodward NetCon 5000 governor control system. It is specially used to transmit high-level drive signals between the controller and hydraulic or electric actuators, which directly controls the valve opening of steam turbines and prime movers. The cable adopts heavy-gauge multi-strand copper conductors and overall shielded structure, which can resist strong electromagnetic interference generated by power components in the turbine control cabinet, ensuring stable and low-distortion transmission of actuator drive signals and avoiding jitter or misoperation of the valve position. The outer sheath is made of high-strength flame-retardant and oil-resistant material, which has excellent tensile resistance, abrasion resistance and flexibility, adapting to long-term vibration environment in the unit site and cabinet wiring.
