Woodward 5416-338 is a factory pre-terminated analog signal cordset cable, matched for Woodward NetCon 5000 control system analog loop interconnection. It is mainly used for transmitting 4-20mA analog process signals between controller, analog I/O modules and field transmitters including pressure, temperature, flow and level sensors. It adopts twisted pair paired conductors plus overall shielded structure, which can effectively restrain common-mode noise and electromagnetic interference inside turbine control cabinet and power station environment, avoiding signal drift and fluctuation of analog measurement values. The outer sheath is industrial flame-retardant and oil-resistant material, with good bending resistance and wear resistance, suitable for long-term fixed wiring inside control cabinets and short-distance field wiring. Both ends are pre-assembled with dedicated matching connectors for NetCon series I/O modules, and the internal pins are gold-plated to reduce contact resistance and resist oxidation under vibration and humid working conditions.
