Woodward 5416-337 is a factory-terminated discrete signal cable assembly, specially designed for discrete interlock and status signal connection of Woodward NetCon 5000 control systems. It adopts multi-strand flexible copper conductors and single-shielded structure, which can suppress external electromagnetic interference in turbine control cabinet and power station environment, ensuring reliable transmission of trip signals, status feedback signals and digital switch signals without signal distortion and false triggering. The outer sheath is made of industrial flame-retardant PVC material, with good oil resistance and wear resistance, suitable for long-term operation in cabinet wiring and on-site fixed wiring scenarios. Both ends are pre-fitted with dedicated pin connectors matched with NetCon I/O modules, the contact pins are gold-plated to reduce contact resistance and resist oxidation under humid and vibration conditions. This finished cable can avoid wrong wiring during cabinet assembly, reduce field wiring workload and shorten unit commissioning cycle.
