The BENTLY NEVADA 3500/95 integrated PC display workstation is a panel-mounted touch screen human-machine interface device designed for the Bently Nevada 3500 TSI machinery protection rack system. It integrates built-in industrial PC hardware, color TFT touch screen, hard disk storage and multiple communication ports, and runs the dedicated 3500 data acquisition and operator display software. The workstation connects to the 3500 rack interface module through RS232 or RS422 serial communication cable, and RS422 long-distance transmission can support installation up to 4000 feet away from the rack cabinet, which is suitable for control room or on-site equipment side installation. It can collect real-time measurement data, channel alarm status, module health signals and historical event logs from single or multiple 3500 racks at the same time, supporting centralized monitoring of multiple sets of rotating machinery. Operators can view vibration, shaft position, bearing temperature, rotational speed and other measurement values, real-time alarm list and timestamped historical alarm records on the touch screen, and can also complete rack parameter configuration and channel debugging through local or remote access. Compared with 3500/93 simple display module and 3500/94 VGA display card, 3500/95 has built-in complete industrial computer system and local storage function, which can store a large amount of equipment operation data and alarm event records, and supports seamless connection with System 1 vibration analysis software to realize deep rotating machinery fault diagnosis. It is equipped with USB, serial port, parallel port and Ethernet interfaces, which can export data to external storage devices or upload to plant upper management network. The touch screen adopts industrial anti-interference design to adapt to the complex electromagnetic environment of power, petrochemical and metallurgy sites. Front panel LED indicators display power and communication status clearly for routine inspection. The workstation will not affect the safety protection logic of the 3500 rack system, all trip and alarm functions are still independently completed by the rack monitor and relay modules. Different certification options are available for ordinary industrial environments and hazardous explosive areas. It is widely matched with steam turbines, gas turbines, centrifugal compressors and large reciprocating compressors, providing powerful local data display, alarm browsing and system configuration functions for critical rotating machinery TSI online monitoring system.
