The BENTLY NEVADA 3500/44M four-channel aeroderivative gas turbine vibration monitor module is the dedicated M-series monitoring card for Bently Nevada 3500 TSI machinery protection system. It can be installed in any free slot of the 3500 rack. This module is specially designed for aeroderivative gas turbines, accepting input from seismic velocity sensors and accelerometers. It supports high-frequency acceleration and velocity measurement for casing vibration, bearing housing vibration and blade-related vibration monitoring. The 4 independent channels can be configured via 3500 rack configuration software, users can set independent Alert and Danger alarm thresholds for each channel. When vibration exceeds the preset value, the module sends alarm signals to rack relay modules to trigger gas turbine alarm or shutdown interlock. It cooperates with 3500/22M TDI module to transmit steady-state data and high-speed transient waveform data to System 1 software for gas turbine fault diagnosis. Front panel LED indicators display module OK status, bypass state and each channel alarm state for on-site inspection. Built-in self-diagnosis function can detect sensor open circuit, short circuit and signal loss faults. It supports hot swapping during normal rack operation, maintenance staff can replace the module without shutting down the whole TSI system. It complies with API 670 turbomachinery monitoring standard, widely applied in petrochemical, power generation and metallurgy industries, matched with aeroderivative gas turbines, used for gas turbine casing and bearing housing vibration protection monitoring.
