The BENTLY NEVADA 3500/22M 138607-01 is a standard transient data interface TDI module for Bently Nevada 3500 TSI machinery protection rack system. It is installed in slot 1 next to the rack power supply, and each rack needs one TDI module. This module integrates the functions of the old 3500/20 RIM rack interface and TDXnet communication processor, specially matched with M-series monitor cards such as 3500/40M and 3500/42M. It collects steady-state operation data, channel alarm status, module health signals and high-speed transient waveform data from all monitor cards on the backplane bus. It supports Bently proprietary protocol and Ethernet communication, connects to 3500 rack configuration software and System 1 fault diagnosis software, realizing rack parameter download, real-time data viewing and waveform capture. Static data acquisition comes as standard, and high-resolution dynamic transient waveform capture requires optional channel enable license. The TDI is not in the safety trip path; module failure will not affect the vibration, temperature and relay safety protection logic of the rack. Front panel LED indicators display module OK status and Ethernet link status for routine inspection. The module supports hot swapping during normal rack operation, maintenance staff can replace the module without shutting down the whole TSI system. This model 138607-01 is a legacy version and has been discontinued. It is widely applied in petrochemical, power generation and metallurgy industries, matched with steam turbines, gas turbines and centrifugal compressors, used for rack system configuration, real-time monitoring and transient vibration data analysis.
